● Empathy - Our staff is educated on non soccer related matters. We believe that as coaches we must be able to connect with our players and earn their trust. We must understand ourselves and the young individuals we work with in order to create the best possible environment for them to learn in. By providing our coaching staff with a deeper understanding of children, we develop a more empathetic coach who is able to read and assess their individual needs.
● Individuality - We are developing people and players, not teams. We are not concerned with winning or the results of games. Our priority is individual player development for long term individual success. We are also understanding that each child is different and must be given a safe environment where they can express their individuality and uniqueness.
